Welcome from the CEO

” I am honored to have the opportunity to serve the Arlington and  Jacksonville community in my new capacity as CEO. I want to thank our families for trusting us and supporting us with their annual commitment to send their kids to a GOCA school. I am excited to work with the Governing Board and the Leadership team to support our schools and communities. We have a lot of great things in store for our students, and I look forward to communicating them to the parents in the near future. 

Finally, I would like to thank Sergey and Liliya Soroka as the GOCA Founders for laying the foundation of a great school. Their sacrifice and commitment is embedded in the DNA of the organization. Thank you.”
