PARENT GRIEVANCE PROCEDURES

If a parent has a grievance or complaint, please follow the process below:

Step I:
Contact your parent representative (Parent Liaison contact information is available on each GOCA school website main page)
Step II:
Schedule a meeting or send an email to the Principal.
Step III:
If unresolved, contact Chief of Schools via written or emailed complaint. (see Grievance Procedures for more information)
Step IV:
If still unresolved, please contact the Board of Directors (see Grievance Procedures for more details)
